Thank you for slowing down here
One year of At Home in Time
One year ago today I published my first post here, not knowing exactly what this would become – only that I wanted a place to think in photographs and words, to tell stories I wasn’t able to tell anywhere else.
One year in, that purpose hasn’t shifted. If anything, it’s become clearer. These posts have been shaped by the same things that have guided my photographic practice for more than 45 years – observation, light, and time.
They’ve also been shaped by you – by your choosing to spend a little of your time here. I hope you’ve felt At Home in Time with me.
Thank you for reading, looking, and staying with me.

Ciao Jeff
As from others, it has been a source of beauty, reflection, and photographic encouragement in a very difficult world.
A presto, Luigi
Thanks for the gift of seeing and appreciating, Jeff. And congratulations on an extraordinary year one. As Fabricio says, "You can write and you can see." It's a thrilling combination.
